Learning Dutch should
We make courses for people who live in the Netherlands and need the language — for their inburgering, their work and their daily life.
Learning Dutch next to your job, your family and everything else going on is hard. The material is often scattered: a book here, a video there, an app that only makes you drill words. You never quite know whether you are still on track.
That is why we built Taalingo as one continuous learning path. Six courses, from A0 for absolute beginners up to C1, all written by us. Every lesson combines vocabulary, grammar, reading, listening, speaking, writing and pronunciation, with audio and illustrations included.
The lessons are fully in Dutch. That is a deliberate choice: you get used to the language faster when there is no translation next to it. Come across a word you do not know? Tap it and read on.
On top of that you get the help you would normally only find with a teacher: a language coach to practise conversations with, feedback on what you write, and a word list that brings words back before you forget them.
Taalingo is a learning platform. We are not part of DUO or the IND and we have no say over your exam. What we do: make sure you have a clear, good next step every day.
